Funding

Projects on university property are paid for by UNLV through a variety of sources:

• State funding
• Donor funding
• Bonds
• Other finance mechanisms

Private developers will primarily fund projects on the east side of Maryland Parkway through appropriate funding mechanisms.

The streetscape and road infrastructure projects potentially will be paid with public and private funding due to their common benefits.
